Travlounge is expanding its partner network across Kerala, and we are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.
This is a field-based, target-oriented role involving direct interaction with business owners, partnership development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business partners across Kerala
- Meet business owners and decision-makers to present partnership opportunities
- Explain the Travlounge platform and partner perks
- Build and maintain strong business relationships
- Negotiate and close partnership deals
- Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups
- Maintain lead and deal pipelines
- Achieve assigned onboarding and business development targets
- Submit regular activity and progress reports
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in interacting with business owners and decision-makers
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala
- Comfortable with field work and target-based responsibilities
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
- Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome
