Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners.

The Business Development

Executive will manage client accounts, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to align media solutions with client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, attending client meetings,



maintaining a sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets. The role also requires regular reporting on business development activities and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation to identify prospects and convert opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Business acumen and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in media, advertising, or related industries is beneficial.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and travel for client meetings as needed.
