Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline.

The Business Development

Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their requirements, and present appropriate solutions and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, managing accounts, maintaining CRM records, and following up to close deals.



The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business understanding and Account Management.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in a services environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and manage multiple opportunities with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
