The ideal candidate should have experience in the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate and nurture leads through effective telecalling.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.

- Explain real estate projects, properties, offers, and services to potential clients.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.

- Follow up with leads regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.





- Stay updated on available properties, projects, market trends, and company offerings.

Required Skills Qualifications

- Prior experience in real estate telecalling, telesales, or business development will be preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp communication.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
