Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for Smarkupp Studios’ digital marketing and creative services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, reaching out to prospects through calls, emails, and meetings, presenting agency capabilities, and preparing proposals and pitches tailored to client needs.

The Business Development

Executive will manage client accounts from initial contact through onboarding, maintain relationships to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with experience in building and managing a sales pipeline.




- Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills, including relationship management, client retention, and upselling or cross-selling services.
- Candidates should possess sound Business and commercial acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and align solutions to business objectives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, presentation skills, and active listening.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, creative agencies, or technology services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting on sales performance and market insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
