Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida, with a salary up to 4.5 LPA. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.

The Business Development

Executive will engage with potential clients through calls, meetings, and site visits, understand their requirements, and present suitable real estate solutions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and updating client databases, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams,



and ensuring timely follow-up to close deals. The role also requires tracking market trends, competitor activities, and contributing to sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and negotiations.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting, with strong interpersonal and client service orientation.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for managing leads and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
