Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new clients including builders, architects, contractors, dealers, and homeowners for aluminium, uPVC products, and interior designing services.
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to close sales deals effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order follow-up, payments, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and dealer networks to promote products and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preference for Commerce, Business, or Sales-related fields.
- 1-3 years of field sales experience, ideally in construction materials,



fenestration, real estate, interiors, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Tamil (knowledge of local dialects a plus).
- Tech-savvy with MS Office and WhatsApp Business for client management.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, with ability to travel locally
- Basic product knowledge of aluminium/uPVC windows, doors, and interiors preferred (training provided).
