Who Are We Looking For

We are looking for motivated and commercially driven individuals interested in building a career in business development and consulting within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare industries.

This role is ideal for fresh MBA Marketing graduates with a Bachelors degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage inbound leads generated through campaigns, webinars, conferences, and other initiatives.

- Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls.

- Connect with senior stakeholders across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

- Track leads, sales pipelines, and key business development metrics.

- Support the preparation of proposals,



presentations, and client-facing materials.

- Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements and business opportunities.

Requirements

- MBA in Marketing with a Bachelors degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.

- 0-2 years of relevant experience; freshers with relevant internships or academic projects in business development, market research, consulting, sales, or commercial strategy.

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Solid analytical, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Proactive approach, willingness to learn, and ability to work with deadlines.
