Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Guwahati.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and support the growth of residential and commercial construction projects. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal project and technical teams to align offerings with client needs. The role also involves monitoring market trends, participating in local networking events, maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts,



and ensuring timely follow-ups to convert opportunities into confirmed projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship building.

- Candidates should possess negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and handle client queries professionally.

- Candidates should possess basic understanding of construction or infrastructure domain, with the ability to learn project specifications and technical details.

- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills to prepare proposals, track performance metrics, and maintain accurate documentation.

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.

- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure business development will be an advantage.

- Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM software, presentation tools) and working in a target-driven environment.

- Ability to work on-site in Guwahati, travel locally for client meetings, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
