Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a robust sales pipeline.

Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting RND Experts’ services and solutions. The position involves nurturing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals.



The executive will also monitor market trends, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and contribute to revenue growth and strategic planning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with experience in building and managing a sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills, including client relationship management and opportunity follow-up.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Experience in IT services, digital products, or consulting environments, with familiarity in UI/UX, digital marketing, or software development solutions, is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic analytics, and MS Office or similar productivity software.
