Position: Business Development Executive (BD) – Real Estate

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi

- Candidates with experience in real estate sales/business development will be preferred.

- Two-wheeler preferred for property visits and client meetings.

- Good convincing, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel locally for site visits and meetings.

- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and develop recent clients.

- Coordinate with customers and understand their property requirements.

- Arrange and conduct property/site visits.

- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

- Maintain good relationships with clients and provide regular updat

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
