About the Role

ReBrand Gurus is looking for a confident and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with overseas clients, generating new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and promoting services such as website development, SEO, digital marketing, and other IT solutions .

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with prospects, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable digital solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads for website development, SEO, digital marketing, and IT services .
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and present proposals based on client requirements.
- Negotiate with prospects and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.




- Maintain accurate lead and client information.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience working with overseas clients is preferred.
- Experience selling web development, SEO, digital marketing, or IT services will be an advantage.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of reliable experience with the same company will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in the 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM shift.
