Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct client meetings, present solutions, prepare proposals, and follow up to close deals. Daily tasks include managing key accounts, maintaining accurate records of interactions, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking performance against targets.



The role also includes market research, monitoring industry trends, and contributing ideas to improve business development strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to create and grow a sustainable client base.
- Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to maintain relationships and oversee ongoing client engagements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and internal coordination.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in B2B sales, technology or services-based environments, and working with sales targets.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in basic CRM tools and MS Office.
