Lead Generation & Sales Executive

Training: 1 week unpaid training

Salary: ₹40,000/month

Variable Pay: Up to ₹13,000/month based on performance

Employment: Full-time | Minimum 1-year commitment

Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation & Sales professional who can generate qualified leads, communicate with prospects, follow up consistently, and convert leads into customers.

Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and other channels
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain a proper lead pipeline
- Understand customer requirements and explain our services/programs
- Schedule and conduct sales conversations
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets
- Maintain basic sales reports and CRM/lead records





Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, inside sales or business development
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Target-oriented and self-driven
- Ability to work independently from home
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets and online sales tools

Compensation Fixed: ₹43,000/month

Performance Variable: Up to ₹13,000/month

Training: 1 week unpaid training before joining.
