About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who genuinely knows how to sell.

You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, starting meaningful conversations, understanding their requirements, handling objections, and converting prospects into sales opportunities.

This role is heavily focused on outbound calling and sales. If you’re confident on the phone, understand how to sell, and are comfortable working with targets, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers.

- Identify decision-makers and start meaningful conversations.
- Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Present and explain our product based on customer needs.
- Handle objections and move prospects toward the next step.
- Follow up through calls, email, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to move opportunities through the pipeline.
- Continuously improve your pitch, objection handling, and conversion rate.





What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of strong outbound calling and sales experience.

- Proven ability to sell over the phone.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong objection-handling ability.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
- Target-oriented, persistent, and self-motivated.
- Ability to understand customer problems and sell the right solution.
- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote workplace.
- SaaS experience is not required. What matters most is strong outbound sales experience and the ability to genuinely sell.
