- Develop current business opportunities through outbound calls, cold calling, and international calling to generate leads for the company's IT services.
- Process client requirements, provide solutions, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in BPO voice or similar industry as a Business Development Executive.
- Strong skills in international calling, outbound calling, and cold calling techniques.
- Ability to work on an international voice process (English language proficiency required).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
