Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in architectural, engineering design, and project management services. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, prospecting, and managing a pipeline of potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations.

The Business Development





Executive will build and maintain strong client relationships, support account management activities, and collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and bids. The role also includes market research, tracking industry trends, preparing business reports, and contributing to revenue growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and convert opportunities.
- Strong Business acumen to understand client needs, market dynamics, and service offerings.
- Effective Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate, and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience in Account Management to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ability to workand collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications for tracking leads and preparing reports.
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Shall be fluent in English and Hindi.
- Shall be immediate joiner.
