We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business leads through various channels.

- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and other platforms.

- Understand client requirements and explain suitable products or services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Conduct follow-ups with leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Schedule and participate in client meetings and presentations.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations when required.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

- Research market trends,



competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of sales and lead-generation techniques.

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
