About the Role

MDN Salesforce Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing Real Estate Sales Team at our Baner, Pune office.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, and other sources.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
- Conduct client meetings, property visits, and site visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of relevant real estate sales experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Knowledge of the Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
- Candidates comfortable with field sales and client meetings are preferred.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
