Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Rohini, Delhi.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a healthy sales pipeline. The role involves engaging with potential and existing clients, presenting company products and services, and negotiating commercial terms within defined guidelines. The executive will manage client accounts, maintain long-term relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.



Daily tasks include market research, competitor analysis, reporting on sales activities, and contributing to strategic plans for revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
- Candidates should have strong Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and drive revenue.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development within manufacturing, pharma, or life sciences sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Rohini, Delhi, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills, with comfort using CRM tools and basic office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
