Sales & Client Engagement

- Engage with US clients to understand hiring needs.
- Generate new business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Present qualified candidates and convert job orders to successful placements.
- Build long-term client relationships for sustained business.

Recruitment & Delivery

- Source and screen candidates using job portals like Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and ATS.
- Understand role requirements for industries like Banking, Finance, Securities, Insurance, Legal, Engineering, Construction, Automotive, Healthcare etc.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and assess cultural and role fit.
- Manage interview coordination, client feedback, and offer negotiations.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent recruitment experience).
- Familiarity with US sourcing platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a structured environment.
