Role Description: The Business Development Executive will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities for Level Up PR. This full-time, on-site position based in Mohali district involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting tailored PR and branding solutions to potential clients.

The role includes maintaining and growing a pipeline of opportunities, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and supporting account handovers. The Executive will also monitor market trends, maintain accurate records in CRM tools,



and collaborate with the leadership team on sales strategies and revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Business skills to maintain client relationships and understand commercial objectives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
- Candidates should possess a basic understanding of PR, marketing, or branding concepts and an interest in the B2B and personal branding space.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in sales or business development.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, use CRM or sales tools, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

NOTE: We need someone who has good communication skills and 0-2 yrs of experience
