- Own inbound enquiries end to end - qualify, scope, quote, follow up
- Run discovery calls and write up what the client actually needs
- Build outbound pipeline in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai
- Keep the CRM accurate
- Feed real objections back to the team so the website and pricing improve
What we need
- Explicit written and spoken English, Hindi and ideally Marathi
- Comfortable explaining technical work to non-technical buyers
- Consistent follow-up discipline
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling software or IT services
- Familiarity with AI tooling
