Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist (BDS) – Influencer Marketing with experience in the stock market/financial services industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing stock-market influencers, creators, affiliates, and finance communities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard relevant stock market, trading, finance and investment influencers across YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, X and other platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and affiliate partners.
- Negotiate commercials, campaigns, deliverables and partnership terms.
- Drive influencer-led leads, registrations, acquisitions and business conversions.
- Track influencer performance, ROI, leads and conversions.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Compliance and Creative teams for campaign execution.
- Maintain a database of influencers and regularly identify new opportunities.




- Monitor competitor influencer campaigns and market trends.
- Ensure influencer campaigns follow applicable company and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Profile

- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing or Partnerships.
- Candidates from stock market, broking, trading, fintech or financial services backgrounds preferred.
- Existing network of finance/stock-market influencers will be an advantage.
- Robust negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with performance metrics.
- Graduate in any discipline; Finance/Commerce/MBA preferred.
- NISM certification or relevant financial-market knowledge will be an added advantage.

Candidates with direct experience managing stock-market influencers/affiliates will be preferred. Influencer partnerships in financial services may also involve specific advertising and compliance requirements.
