About Rewafin

Rewafin builds a lending operating system with the ledger built in, covering loan origination, servicing, collections, credit policy and accounting in one system for banks, NBFCs, co-operative banks and MFIs.

Role summary

We are looking for Business Development Executive Interns to support the pre-sales and sales team in reaching banks, NBFCs, co-operative banks and MFIs. Qualifying interns may be offered a full-time role at the end of the internship.

Key responsibilities

- Research banks, NBFCs, co-operative banks and MFIs and build a prospect database with decision-maker details
- Support email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email to schedule meetings
- Keep the CRM updated with leads, meetings and next steps
- Help prepare demo materials, presentations and proposal documents
- Support the team at industry exhibitions and events
- Take meeting notes and track follow-ups
- Learn the product to assist with basic demos

Educational qualifications





- Master's degree (completed or final year) in Business Administration (MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing or Banking & Financial Services), Commerce (M.Com), Banking and Finance, or Computer Applications (MCA) with an interest in fintech

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic understanding of banking and lending
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Confident speaking with senior professionals
- Available full-time for 6 months at GIFT City
- Open to travel for expos and industry events across India and internationally

Valuable to have

- Prior internship in sales, business development or banking
- Familiarity with CRM tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar (on-site), with occasional travel for events Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
