This is a target-driven inside sales role based at our Faridabad Head Office. You will generate and develop new business opportunities, handle inbound and outbound enquiries, recommend the right pumping solution and convert enquiries into orders while building lasting customer relationships.
- Generate and develop recent business opportunities through calls, emails, enquiries, references, and market research.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries and convert enquiries into orders.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate pump/product solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial quotations and actively follow up for order conversion.
- Develop and maintain solid customer relationships to drive repeat and new business.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new market opportunities.
- Aim to achieve assigned sales targets, revenue, and conversion objectives.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly track enquiry-to-order conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer, enquiry, quotation, and sales follow-up records.
- Work closely with the field sales team to support lead generation and business development.
What we are looking for
- 3-6 years of proven experience in B2B Inside Sales / BDE / Business Development.
- Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to convert enquiries into orders and achieve sales targets.
- Good customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Experience working on SAP is preferred.
- Good understanding of quotations, commercial discussions, and order processing.
- Strong lead generation, pipeline management, and business development mindset.
- Willing to work WFO at Faridabad Head Office.
