Role Description The Business Development Executive will work on-site in Bhubaneswar in a full-time capacity, driving growth opportunities for Industry Ready Academy. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business prospects, generating and qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with institutional and corporate partners. The role involves managing key accounts, conducting meetings and presentations, and promoting academy programs to potential clients and stakeholders.

The Business Development

Executive will track pipelines, prepare proposals, negotiate terms within established guidelines,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business to identify opportunities and expand the organization’s market presence.

- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct presentations, negotiate agreements, and maintain professional client interactions.

- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to nurture relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and support retention and growth.

- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or education/training services is beneficial.

- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, travel locally for client meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
