We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with experience in weddings and corporate events. The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling and negotiation skills, the ability to generate and convert quality leads, and a positive understanding of the event industry. They should be confident in presenting proposals, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners.

A proactive mindset, market awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in wedding and corporate event markets.
- Generate leads through networking, references, venues, planners, and partnerships.




- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Prepare customized proposals, budgets, and quotations based on client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to close deals successfully.
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Coordinate with client servicing, design, and operations teams for smooth project handover.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, venues, vendors, and industry partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets.
