About the Role

RoomAdda is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their accommodation requirements, provide suitable options, and support the sales team in converting leads into bookings.

What You Will Do

• Qualify and assess leads based on customer preferences , budget, location, and move-in requirements.

• Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective customers through timely and consistent follow-ups.

- Meet potential customers and understand their accommodation requirements.
- Conduct property visits and coordinate with customers for site visits.
- Achieve assigned individual and team targets related to lead qualification, follow-

ups, conversions, and bookings.

What You Will Learn

- Real, hands-on experience in sales.
- Learn how to identify, assess, and qualify potential customers throughout the sales funnel

• Develop hands-on experience using CRM systems , lead-tracking tools, and sales reporting platforms.

- Understand local market dynamics, customer behaviour, competitor activity, and emerging





• Develop the ability to identify customer concerns , handle objections, and provide effective solutions.

• Strengthen communication , time management, problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making skills. Pay and Benefits

- The probationary period for this position will be 3–4 months.
- The annual remuneration for this position is ₹4 LPA.
- Earn incentives of up to ₹20,000 per month, based on individual performance
- Health Insurance: Medical coverage of up to ₹2,00,000 under the company's health insurance policy.
- Regular performance reviews with opportunities to grow within the company.

(CTC Explanation: The ₹4 LPA annual CTC is inclusive of the performance-based incentive component. The incentive component, up to ₹20,000 per month, is variable and is determined based on individual performance )

Who We Are Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (B. Com, BBA, or related field).
- Good at talking to and convincing people.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A quick learner who is eager to understand sales processes, market dynamics, and customer behaviour.
- Growth-minded, looking to build a career in business development and sales.
