Rio Capital Investment Advisor is a SEBI-registered investment advisory firm operating in the financial markets domain. The company provides research-based advisory services across areas such as Stock Cash, Stock Options, Futures, Index Options and other market-related advisory services.
About the Role
We are looking for confident, energetic and communication-oriented freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives .
This is a sales-focused role where you will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, explaining Rio Capital's advisory services and converting interested prospects into clients.
The role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable speaking with clients, have robust convincing and negotiation skills, and are interested in building a career in Sales, Business Development and Financial Markets .
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls and communicate with prospective clients to generate business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and introduce them to relevant Rio Capital advisory services.
- Clearly explain the company's services, features and offerings to prospective clients.
- Build trust and maintain professional communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Handle client queries and objections effectively and work towards successful conversions.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Convince prospective clients to choose and pay for the company's advisory services.
- Achieve assigned individual sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate client and sales-related information in the company's CRM/system.
- Coordinate with senior team members and internal departments whenever required.
- Continuously learn about financial markets, advisory services and the company's products to communicate more effectively with clients.

- Freshers with strong verbal communication skills .

- Strong convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a target-oriented environment.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
- Interest in the stock market, financial services or financial markets will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA or other relevant backgrounds are welcome.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Candidates who are ambitious and interested in building a career in Sales and Financial Services .
