Position: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and compassionate Sales Executive to join our elderly care facility. The candidate will be responsible for generating enquiries, communicating with families, explaining our elderly care services, arranging facility visits, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and enquiries through various channels.
- Handle enquiries from families looking for elder care, assisted living, and post-operative care services.
- Explain our facilities, accommodation options, care services, packages, and terms to prospective residents and their families.
- Schedule and conduct facility visits for prospective clients and their families.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and personal meetings.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, visits, and conversions.
- Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, physiotherapists, senior citizen groups,



and other relevant referral sources.
- Identify new business and referral opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations and care team to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly enquiry, visit, and admission targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share updates with management.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with senior citizens and their families.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Robust follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Comfortable communicating with senior citizens and their family members.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel and WhatsApp.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Presentable, professional, and positive attitude.
- Prior experience in healthcare, senior care, hospitality, real estate, or service-sector sales will be an advantage.
