About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic MBA freshers to join our Field Sales team in Madhya Pradesh. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in Sales, Business Development and Client Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit colleges, institutions and potential clients in the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Meet decision-makers and explain company products/services.
- Conduct presentations and client discussions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain daily sales and visit reports.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Understand the local market and identify recent opportunities.




- Coordinate with the internal team for successful client onboarding.

Requirements

- MBA graduate – Marketing / Sales preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in meeting and speaking with new people.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
