The Company A US-headquartered product company is scaling its India-based sales development function and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its first outbound specialists here. The India team will own top-of-funnel outreach for the company's flagship product across new geographies. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build and place high-performing teams in India.

What You'll Own

As a Business Development Executive, you will generate and qualify new opportunities for the sales team, working prospects from first contact through to a booked meeting. You will be one of the first commercial hires on the ground and will help shape how outbound is run here.

Outreach and Pipeline

- Research and prospect target accounts across assigned segments
- Run outbound email, LinkedIn, and call sequences to book qualified meetings
- Log every touchpoint and keep the CRM current and accurate

Qualification and Handover

- Qualify inbound leads against defined criteria before handover




- Brief account executives with clear notes on each opportunity
- Hit weekly and monthly targets for qualified meetings booked

What Gets You Shortlisted

- 1 to 4 years in business development, inside sales, or lead generation
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Clear written and spoken English with solid follow-up discipline
- A reliable internet setup if working remotely

Good to Have

- Experience selling a software or subscription product
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo
- Exposure to a US or international buyer base
