Business Development Executive – Education & B2B Sales

About the Role

Impressio Products and Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in education/institutional sales to develop business with schools and educational institutions.

The role involves meeting school/institution decision-makers, understanding their requirements, generating recent business opportunities, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads from schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Conduct regular field visits and meet school/institution decision-makers.
- Present and sell products such as apparel, stationery, corporate gifting, and kitting solutions.
- Build relationships with schools and institutional clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.





Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Education Sales / Institutional Sales / B2B Sales.
- Experience dealing with schools, colleges, educational institutions, or education-related businesses is preferred.
- Candidates from school supplies, uniforms, stationery, educational products, edtech, publishing, or institutional sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.

Important: Candidates with only banking, insurance, loan, credit card, or financial product sales experience without B2B/institutional/education sales experience may not be suitable.

Pay: ₹11,597.03 - ₹80,975.99 per month
