Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in domestic sales of digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills, along with the ability to generate leads, understand business requirements, present customized solutions, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and other lead-generation activities.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements, challenges, and digital marketing objectives.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Promote and sell digital marketing services including:
- SEO
- Google Ads / PPC
- Social Media Marketing
- Website & Mobile App Development
- YouTube Marketing
- Branding
- Virtual Assistant Services
- Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, demonstrations, and consultations.
- Prepare and present customized proposals based on client requirements.




- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects and convert opportunities into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, market developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to developing recent business opportunities and expanding the company's client base.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in domestic sales/business development, preferably in digital marketing, IT, or related services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and close sales.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving revenue goals.
- Candidates with experience in B2B sales or selling digital marketing services will be preferred.
