Business Development Executive — CSR & NGO Partnerships

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (with pan-India travel as required)

Experience: 2–5 years, specifically within the CSR/NGO ecosystem

Reports To: Head of Sales

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced CSR & NGO Partnerships qualified who brings a genuine, established network within India's corporate CSR and NGO ecosystem, along with a real working understanding of how CSR funding decisions and NGO partnerships actually get made. This is a senior relationship-and-strategy role, central to Xperimentor's Corporate Foundations, National NGO, and CSR Consulting business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with corporate CSR teams, Foundations, and NGOs across India
- Navigate CSR budget cycles, decision-making processes, and compliance requirements (Section 135, Companies Act) to time outreach effectively
- Develop and present compelling partnership proposals tailored to each CSR/NGO partner's specific priorities and reporting needs
- Represent Xperimentor at CSR forums,



NGO networking events, and sector conferences
- Own and grow the CSR/NGO partnership pipeline, from first relationship through signed, funded engagement
- Negotiate partnership and funding agreements, working closely with the leadership team
- Provide market intelligence on CSR sector trends, competitor CSR partnerships, and emerging funding priorities

Required Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience specifically within the CSR, NGO, or philanthropic funding ecosystem
- An existing, genuine network of contacts within corporate CSR teams and/or NGO leadership — not just sector familiarity
- Strong working knowledge of how CSR funding decisions, budget cycles, and compliance requirements function in practice
- Excellent relationship-building, proposal-writing, and executive presentation skills
- Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in a senior, relationship-driven role
