About the Company

Transmatic Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is a Pune-based enterprise IT solutions company specializing in cybersecurity, firewalls, cloud infrastructure, backup & disaster recovery, networking, Microsoft 365, servers, storage, and managed IT services. We work with corporate clients across Maharashtra and are expanding our enterprise sales team.

Key Responsibilities;

- Visit corporate offices, industrial companies, hospitals, educational institutions, and SMEs across Pune.
- Generate recent B2B business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Meet IT Managers, Admin Heads, Purchase Managers, and business owners.
- Present the company’s IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
- Arrange product demonstrations and customer meetings.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and existing customers.




- Maintain a daily visit report and sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and meeting targets.

Candidate Requirements :

1–2 years of field sales or business development experience is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in B2B/IT sales are welcome to apply.

Corporate/B2B sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of IT products, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity is an advantage; training will be provided to suitable freshers.Own two-wheeler preferred.Familiarity with Pune industrial and commercial areas is an advantage.

Self-motivated, disciplined, confident, and target-oriented.
