We’re on the lookout for an energetic, extroverted communicator who can rock both – customer relationships and the camera. This role requires someone who can build rapport with clients, manage CRM workflows, and confidently present our brand story through engaging video content.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Customer Engagement

- Manage and maintain the customer database
- Follow up with leads, resolve queries, and ensure a delightful customer journey
- Monitor and analyze customer interactions to optimize engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with client needs

Video Presenting & Content Creation

- Be the face of the brand in short-form video content for social media, reels, and campaigns
- Host live sessions, product walkthroughs, customer testimonials, etc.




- Work closely with the content and design team to conceptualize engaging video scripts
- Bring enthusiasm, confidence, and relatability in front of the camera

What You Bring to the Table:

- A people person - energetic, extroverted, and a natural communicator
- Prior experience in CRM, client servicing, or customer success (1+ years) is a big plus
- Comfortable speaking on camera; experience in video content creation is a big plus
- Organized, proactive, and self-driven

Job Types: Full time, Fresher Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
