Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive & Manager to drive sales growth, expand the customer base, and strengthen market presence. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing clients, conducting product demonstrations, tracking market trends, and ensuring timely collections while achieving individual and team targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with salons, retailers, distributors, and other potential customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new prospects and generate leads.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets for the assigned territory.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and order closure.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, product availability, and customer support.




- Ensure timely collection and follow-up of outstanding payments, wherever applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, orders, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required for customer meetings and business development activities.
- Work towards achieving the expected business return against the assigned salary and approved business expenses.

Requirement & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the Sales Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in Beauty, FMCG, Pharma, or related industries preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
