Role Description

- This is a full-time in office role for Business Development Executives (BDE) based in Wakad (Pune/Pimpri).
- The selected candidates will be responsible for driving revenue growth through client acquisition, consultative sales, relationship management, and strategic outreach to decision-makers across industries.
- You will work closely with the editorial and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and magazine features.




- Candidates will be responsible for meeting sales targets and executing strategies to expand the organization's client base and market presence.

Qualifications

- BDE: 0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or tele-sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in speaking with CXOs, founders, and senior executives.
- Target-driven mindset with a hunger to grow.
- Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills.

Who Can Apply?

- Any graduate with good English communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of sales/business development experience preferred (for BDE)
- Recently graduated BBA students are welcome to apply
