We are looking for a creative and technically oriented Development Executive who can help develop Spartan Sports' products, packaging, branding and manufacturing processes. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with design, production, packaging and supplier teams to develop new products and improve existing products according to market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new sports products according to market trends and customer requirements.

- Work on product development, improvement and customization.

- Develop attractive and practical product packaging, boxes, labels and printed materials.

- Coordinate with packaging manufacturers, printing vendors and raw-material suppliers.

- Develop new packaging designs, sizes, materials and specifications.

- Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure products meet required specifications.

- Prepare and maintain product specifications, packaging dimensions and development samples.

- Source and evaluate current materials, components and manufacturing solutions.

- Work with suppliers to develop samples and prototypes.

- Conduct product testing and identify areas for improvement.

- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for branding, product presentation and packaging.

- Research competitor products, packaging and manufacturing methods.





- Help develop cost-effective manufacturing and packaging solutions.

- Maintain records of product development, samples, suppliers and specifications.

- Coordinate with factories and vendors to ensure timely development and production.

- Support current product launches from concept → sample → packaging → manufacturing → final product.

Skills Required

- Good understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.

- Knowledge of packaging materials, printing and packaging production.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers and vendors.

- Strong problem-solving and product-development skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

- Ability to understand product specifications and dimensions.

- Creative approach toward product design, packaging and branding.

- Experience in the sports, footwear, apparel or manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

- Willingness to visit factories, suppliers and manufacturing units when required.

Pay: ₹11,597.03 - ₹25,000.00 per month
