We work closely with brands across Automotive, Real Estate, Fashion, F&B; and other high-growth categories, combining creative content with performance-driven marketing to generate attention, leads and business.

We're a growing, hands-on team where people take ownership, move fast and work directly with businesses and decision-makers.

About The Role

You will be responsible for finding recent opportunities, getting in front of the right people, pitching, and closing new business.

You will own the sales cycle end-to-end from identifying potential clients and reaching decision-makers to pitching, negotiating and closing deals across Automotive, Fashion, F&B;, Real Estate and other relevant industries.

The target is designed to be focused and achievable rather than high-pressure volume sales.

With an average ticket size starting at ₹38,000, the monthly target of ₹3.8L means around 10 new clients a month.



You’re not expected to chase hundreds of leads every day the focus is on finding the right businesses, having quality conversations and closing the right clients.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build with Ryze for the long term, grow their network and take ownership of new business without unnecessary pressure.

It's a big plus if you already have strong relationships in the Automotive, Fashion, F&B; or Real Estate markets, or have previous experience selling agency, marketing, advertising, media or creative services.
