We are looking for an ambitious and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing software team and help us connect with clients globally.

? WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Generate high-quality international leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and cold outreach
- Identify, contact, and qualify potential clients worldwide
- Understand client requirements and conduct discovery/strategy calls
- Coordinate with our technical team to prepare customized proposals
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
- Convert qualified leads into projects and long-term clients
- Maintain regular updates on lead generation and sales activities

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong English communication skills — verbal and written
- Experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or IT/software sales
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or cold outreach
- Understanding of software development services and client requirements




- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with a technical team

? COMPENSATION
- Initial 1–2 months: Performance-based commission during the evaluation period
- After successful evaluation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Commission
- Compensation will be discussed based on experience, skills, and performance
