Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong skilled relationships with ophthalmologists, general physicians, GPs, optometrists, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

- Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and other referral sources.

- Generate patient referrals and new business opportunities for the hospital.

- Identify and develop new referral networks in assigned territories.

- Promote Maxivision Eye Hospital's ophthalmology services, facilities, technology, and treatment offerings to relevant healthcare professionals.

- Meet monthly and quarterly business development and referral targets.

- Follow up regularly with doctors and referral partners to strengthen relationships and improve referral conversion.

- Organize and support doctor meetings, CME programs, health camps, awareness programs, and other promotional activities.

- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth handling of referred patients.

- Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, leads, referrals, conversions, and business activities.





- Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market feedback to the management.

- Identify potential corporate, institutional, and community partnerships.

- Prepare regular reports on field activities, referral generation, and business performance.

- Represent Maxivision Eye Hospital professionally in the assigned territory.

Experience:

- 1–5 years of experience in Medical Representative, Pharma Sales, Healthcare Sales, Hospital Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.

- Candidates currently working as Medical Representatives in pharmaceutical companies are encouraged to apply.

- Experience handling doctors and healthcare professionals will be an advantage.
