About the Role

Infoneo Technologies is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive sales of SaaS products and enterprise software solutions, including CRM systems, business applications, e-commerce plugins, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers through email, LinkedIn, calls, referrals, and online communities.
- Qualify leads by understanding business needs, software requirements, budget, and decision-making processes.
- Present SaaS products and software solutions to prospective clients.
- Coordinate product demonstrations with technical/product teams.
- Prepare proposals, pricing responses, and commercial presentations.
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records in CRM.
- Coordinate with product and delivery teams for customer requirements and smooth handover.
- Build relationships with existing customers and identify upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities.




- Track sales targets, conversion rates, follow-ups, and customer feedback.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience selling SaaS, software products, IT solutions, or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with CRM software, e-commerce applications, plugins, or business tools.
- Ability to explain software features in terms of customer advantages.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confidence in outreach, discovery calls, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Experience using CRM systems for lead management.
- Proactive approach toward lead generation and achieving sales targets.

Preferred
- Experience working with international clients.
- Experience selling subscription-based software/SaaS products.
