Business Development Executive (BDE) – Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, be confident in interacting with clients, and have a good understanding of lead generation and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, WhatsApp, email, networking, and other channels.
- Reach out to potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain our digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Research competitors, market trends,



and potential target segments.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada – mandatory.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Confident in making calls and communicating with business owners/decision-makers.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards targets.
- Positive proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, tele-sales will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from office in Bangalore.
