We partner with local businesses (cafés, salons, gyms, retail stores, clinics) to install premium Static LED Advertising Panels.If you are motivated by targets and looking for a role with a solid fixed salary plus excellent performance incentives, this is for you!
Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience: Freshers are welcome! (No prior experience required)
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
Location: Assigned City / Territory (Field-based)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sundays Off)
- Independent Lead Generation: Sourcing your own prospective clients through market research, cold calling, business visits, and local networking.
- Merchant Pitching: Meeting local business owners, explaining our LED Panel Advertising Program, and closing the company-approved package (₹9,999 + GST).
- Onboarding Coordination: Collecting client documents, managing payment milestones (50% upfront / 50% post-installation), and coordinating with operations teams.
- CRM Reporting: Maintaining accurate pipeline records in the company app.
Significant Highlights to Note:
- This is a pure target-based field sales role where you are expected to generate your own leads (the company does not guarantee a supply of ready-made leads).
- A 3-month minimum employment commitment applies upon joining.
