About the Role The ClearHire is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and onboarding. The mandate is simple: build the pipeline, open doors, win clients, and drive hiring mandates.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients for recruitment/staffing/RPO business
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients across industries
- Pitch The ClearHire's recruitment solutions to HR/TA/Business leaders
- Drive end-to-end current client acquisition — from first conversation to onboarding
- Convert client conversations into active business opportunities and signed mandates
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business




- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams post-onboarding to ensure smooth mandate execution
- Track and report pipeline status, conversions, and revenue targets regularly

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment / Staffing / RPO sales
- Proven track record in new client acquisition and onboarding
- Strong existing network with HR / TA / Business leaders
- Ability to turn conversations into active business opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and pitching skills
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership over targets
