We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing IT company. Your primary focus will be driving revenue by pitching and selling our comprehensive IT services and SaaS products to new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and generate new business leads for IT services and SaaS solutions.
- Pitch products to potential clients via cold calling, emails, and virtual or in-person meetings.
- Understand client business needs and recommend the most effective software and service solutions.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of proven B2B sales experience, specifically in the IT or SaaS industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of technology, software services, and the B2B sales cycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly target-driven.
Compensation
- Base Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Incentives: Lucrative performance-based commissions
