Responsibilities
- Generate recent business leads and identify potential clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct cold calls, client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Identify upcoming construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and quotations.
- Maintain lead pipelines and achieve assigned business targets.
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing / Sales.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Construction / Interior Fit-Out industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Strong networking and client relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
